PSBC Quick Pay Service Agreement

 

Distinguished customers:

To protect your rights and interests, please read carefully all terms in this Agreement (especially the terms containing boldface title or boldface text) before you sign it. 1. Quick Pay service means the service by which customer authorizes Postal Savings Bank of China to operate without password, SMS dynamic code and any other information verification within a certain amount when using DC/EP to pay on PSBC e-CNY wallet.

2. Quick Pay limit means that when a single transaction amount is less than RMB500 (including 500), payment password or SMS verification is not required, while password verification shall be conducted for other amount transactions in accordance with the security authentication method of PSBC e-CNY wallet.

3. The customer shall activate Quick Pay service on a voluntary basis and enjoy small-amount password-free service of Postal Savings Bank of China. The service shall be available after the customer agrees and it is successfully set in the system.

4. If the customer wishes to close the Quick Pay service, he or she can initiate closing application on the Quick Pay service closing page. The service shall be truly closed when the customer agrees and it is successfully set in the system. 

5. Postal Savings Bank of China shall have the right to adjust Quick Pay limit based on the objective circumstances and risk control requirements. The amount adjustment will be released on www.psbc.com, the official website of Postal Savings Bank of China. The adjustment will take effect from the effective date set forth in the announcement. Customers shall regularly review this Agreement and any changes thereto to decide in his or her sole discretion whether or not to accept such changes. If the customer does not take any actions, he or she shall be deemed to accept such changes.

6. Customers shall properly keep their identity information, wallet ID, wallet name, wallet payment password, mobile phone number and mobile phone. In case that any customer discloses his or her wallet ID, wallet name, wallet payment password, mobile phone number or other personally identifiable information, he or she shall apply to Postal Savings Bank of China for loss reporting in time. Any payment service initiated through the customer's wallet shall be deemed as an act of the customer and all legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer.

7. Postal Savings Bank of China only provides Quick Pay service on e-CNY wallet. Any dispute arising from commodity quality, delivery service, etc. shall be resolved by the customer and the merchant through negotiation.

8. In the event that any economic losses and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fee, notary fee, preservation fee) are incurred by either party in the performance of this Agreement, the breaching party shall be liable for compensation.

9. In case of any dispute in the performance of this Agreement, both parties shall resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall bring a lawsuit in the people's court of the place where the defendant is located.

10. When the customer enters password on the Quick Pay service activation page on e-CNY wallet, he or she shall be deemed to have agreed to  PSBC Quick Pay Service Agreement, have fully understood the terms and consequences and have no objection to any of the contents.

11. This Agreement shall come into effect after the customer agrees to PSBC Quick Pay Service Agreement on the Quick Pay service activation page. The effectiveness, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

Customer's statement: Postal Savings Bank of China has reminded me of relevant terms of this Agreement (especially the boldface terms) in accordance with the law, and has explained the concept, content and legal effect of relevant terms at my request. I am aware of and understand the above-mentioned terms.
